(Nov. 18, 2014) – Denio’s Farmers Market and Swap Meet in Roseville is inviting the entire family to join them this Christmas season to shop local for that unique gift for everyone on your Christmas list. Featuring the largest farmers market in Northern California, you’ll also find all the fresh fruits and veggies needed for your holiday table. To celebrate the season, Denio’s is hosting Santa’s Workshop for the three weekends leading up to Christmas – December 6-7, 13-14 and 20-21. Little ones can have their photos taken with Santa, visit Santa’s petting zoo complete with reindeer rides and enjoy some delightful holiday treats.

With hundreds of vendors every weekend at Denio’s selling unique, hand-crafted and hard to find items, Denio’s is one of the best places to find gifts for friends and family of all ages and within all budgets.

Hot August Bites is a brand new special event in Citrus Heights Sponsored by The City of Citrus Heights, Sunrise Recreation and Park District, 101.9 The Wolf and Hot 103.5. Come out to this great new event with your entire family. Bring out a blanket or lawn chairs to enjoy the FREE live music by The Tone Monkey's. There will also be a Car Show with 40 classic cars presented by Auto's for Alzheimer's. 

A variety Sacto MoFo Food Trucks will be at the event with food available for purchase.

Denio's Gives Back to Community with Scholarships

Denio’s Roseville Farmers Market & Swap Meet showed their support of community youth by presenting Brenda Borja, Taylor Henry, Jolene Jones, and Andrea Mollera, each a scholarship of $500 for continued education. The students were presented with their scholarships by Ken Denio on May 24, 2014 at the swap meet.

The education award application process starts in spring and is given annually to deserving student employees of Denio’s who are succeeding in the classroom, are active in the community and are highly successful in their employment with Denio’s.
